★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe how disorganized and incompetent this branch is! They never do anything they say they will do for you. Not call you back. Not follow up. Not change services you request. Stay away at all costs I will be leaving cibc permanently as soon as i can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with a 20 asking if they could give me two 10s. The lady was very rude and said they won't make change unless I have a member card which I did not have with me. I had to go elsewhere. Not the first time I've been left upset by CIBC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty terrible customer service with tellers who do their best to take advantage of the customers. If your 65yr old aunt is wondering why she has 5 savings accounts and is paying $60/mo in service charges, chances are someone from here reccomended it to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service . One of the financial advisor I dealt with always had no response at all. A inquiry could last few months and still was not resolved. I followed up a few times and have no response at all ( no emails and no call backs), horrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had many positive experiences at this branch. I would like to commend the employees for all their hard efforts of keep the operation successful during this years (2019) branch renovation. The new branch is very nice and I enjoy doing all my banking at this location.

After the first meeting inquiring about a loan- a week later I had to follow up to find out they needed tax info. After dropping the tax info off waited another 5 days. Had to follow up myself again, no news or info. Or even a sign they cared. 10 days from handing in tax info. Follow up myself again. Nothing.
