★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with the telephone banking and was told to go into the actual branch and they would be able to help me with my problem. So I spent most of the day on the phone with the bank and then when I went into the branch I wasn’t seen on time and it took forever to be told that they can’t do anything for me. So I wasted my time being jerked around over the phone and in person, how nice is that?

In this internet age, I rarely need the real teller anyway, so here it works great for me, as no waiting time at all, time is well saved and managed for me! My new advisor Sue Y. is the very best I can count on. She is an amazing banker who cares so much for our banking needs, and she is a very smart and knowledgeable individual. Plus she works very hard, and considers every detail of our banking needs. I am so delighted to have Sue as our financial advisor! Greatly appreciated!
