E	Eloise Boileau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this branch expecting to be able to get coins (one of the only reason anyone would be forced to go to a bank counter) and I was told they have no coins in the bank. They are an 'advice branch'. I wish they would advertise as such so people wouldn't go out of their way and get turned around because A BANK DOESN'T HAVE MONEY. An insult of a branch.

I have 2 business accounts and personal with these guys! They shouldn't even be considered a bank, what bank does not accept cash?!?!?

They should make hand counting standard and yes I lost 50 by going to bank. I'll wait the end of the day to see if they can open up the machine and deposit my 50.
J	Jan Hughes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the bank this morning to ensure I would be able to withdraw US cash on Dec 27th. I spoke with Sarah, who I have dealt with in the past and has always been pleasant, polite and professional. She said she would put the money aside for me to pick up. I received a call back from Sarah who informed me that the bank was closed on the 27th. I rescheduled a pick up for the 23rd, but was very relieved that she had the foresight and courtesy to let me know, as it is our intention to leave Canada on the evening of the 27th. I would have had to leave without my US cash and been highly inconvenienced and upset. CIBC is very lucky to have a wonderful employee like Sarah to represent them.
p	paper bear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommending this branch to anyone. I was calling to make an appointment for a new investor edge RRSP account. After I have spoken to the receptionist the purpose of the appointment, the receptionist paused a second and told me that they are not going to open the account for me and I need to open it by myself. Maybe they are too busy to get new business.
A	Alex Sernoskie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I go in to a branch is to get something I can't online or at an ATM. I needed an exact amount of money withdrawn from my account, $425. I was told the branch has no cash and I was pointed to their ATM machines but I would have to choose $440 or $420. I was also told the ATM process is simple and easy to do as though I had never used one before and had no idea I could get out cash from one. I don't appreciate that treatment and I have an issue when I can't withdraw a simple amount of money from a bank who has not made it known that there is no cash. I did not meet any advisors or managers so I can't speak to the service level they provide but my interactions with the branch has not been good.

They have treated me with respect and always have displayed professionalism. I have nothing but great things to say about these ladies. They always got back to me quickly, were willing to explain everything to me, and allowed me to be confident in the management of my accounts. Alison went above and beyond to take care of me when my first interactions with CIBC were not satisfactory. She is absolutely someone I will do business with again. Paula was so pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable, and took the extra steps to make sure I was kept up to date with my accounts. Nothing but great things to say about these ladies. Highly recommend.
L	Ling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at this branch since 2012. The branch does not have a teller service but the bank machine is open 24 hours that you can take cash. I can reach my advisor anytime through message and get my banking needs meet. It takes some luck to find the advisor you like, but overall Staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a mobile advisor on call too. Highly recommended.
