★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small brach they don't have a washroom. Their is not even a water fountain. Their coffee machine is always out of order. Their staff are disinterested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at this branch. I went into the branch to apply for HELOC and the rep was very sure that I would be approved. A few days later the branch manager told me that I wasn't approved for HELOC instead they offered me a fixed rate mortgage. Later on I went to another branch in Calgary and they approved the HELOC. They phoned the Huntmar branch to cancel my original application. The branch manager then charged me $300 for property appraisal and refused to refund the money to me. They didn't give me the product which I applied for and instead offered me something else. I think this is a serious fraud issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only day I was treated with respect was the day I opened an account. Since then it’s like I don’t even exist.
The manager I have dealt with needs a course in customer relations, and conflict management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just don't bother. I waited 10 mins in line to be ignored. No we will be with you shortly. Nothing. Taking your time with a customer is one thing, not awknowledging the two other ppl waiting in line is another thing. Avoid this location. Never a problem a any other TD.
