J	Julie G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my x-ray appointment online by submitting my requisition from my doctor. The requisition clearly stated I needed a specific x-ray angle of my knee. My appointment was confirmed, so I go and the x-ray tech takes 4 images, but not the one that was required. I was surprised when she said she was done, and mentioned that we had not yet done the angle of x-ray that I had came here for (the only angle that would show if I had a problem). She responded that they don't do that angle there. So WHY was my appointment confirmed in the first place if they apparently couldn't even do what I needed? I even asked my doctor about it when I saw him next and he agreed it made no sense because it's a VERY standard angle. Not to mention the x-ray tech was not friendly and seemed to want to rush me out as soon as possible. Although I can't judge on that because I know sometimes people have bad days. It's a new building but not a very welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I would avoid this place. Honestly such a waste of my time as now I have to take more time off work to go somewhere else.

J	Julia D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic itself and staff are nice and professional, every visit I have had has gone well. However, the booking system is absolutely maddening. You cannot call and speak to someone you have to either leave a voice-mail or submit online and they call you back. This can take one to multiple days and if you miss the call you're out of luck. I very much hope they change this system like any service as a patient you need to be able to speak to an actual person not a machine and then be at the mercy of a callback.

Loved the online process, submitted my request for appointment along with the order from the Doctor and got a response the next day with an appointment the following week. Service at the clinic was also great, staff were welcoming and friendly.
M	Maggie Manning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avantia Medical Imaging, my doctor put in a referral for me to get x-rays because they think that I may have pneumonia. Avantia Medical Imaging in Stisttsville Ontario, denied me help and x-rays, because I am unvaccinated! I cannot get a negative covid test, because I did get covid, 2 weeks ago. As per Health Canada, the covid still shows up in your system for a couple of weeks afterwards, even though you are past the infectious, "10 day quarantine" time. Shame on you Avantia Medical Imaging! May your God treat you better than you just treated me.

Front desk is always prompt and professional and polite. I must also extend my sincere gratitude specifically to Jordan; a very kind young woman who must do dozens of ultrasounds a day, yet maintains a pleasant, reassuring demeanor. Some tests are simply unpleasant, but it makes a world of difference to be put at ease by someone who not only knows what she's doing, but makes me feel more comfortable while doing it. Thanks, Jordan!

The technician was very professional and did an excellent job providing me with clear instructions on which pictures were required and I felt at ease throughout the process. If I have to come back for further imaging, I would like to come back to this imaging center.
