★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank and worst branch ever ! uneducated and extremely rude staff. Been charged $20 for a $10 credit card payment, they simply said it is online transaction and cannot refund the fee. While the teller in downtown branch happily refund the fee. Stay away from this branch.

Joshephine took care of me in the beginning and Patrick took over.
Patrick has been very helpful going out of his way to help me get a mortgage for our home.
He is also very quick to respond to my emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at this branch. They will waste your whole time on mortgage application and at the end you wont get approved because they don't have knowledge handling the files
More over without your consent they will open bank accounts with the information you have given for mortgage. We went with another bank and the experience was much smooth and great service. Bottom line Stay Away!

"Opened an account for more than one year and I was supposed to get the opening bonus for keeping a certain amount in my account within 6 months. But never got it. They will say give them some time to check to get back to you. But never did."

All the staff are friendly and professional, I was taken care of by Tassnim which is a great and senior banking professional, she finished all my account opening and find transfers in no time, with no fees, i was offered preferential rates for different currency exchange between my hsbc accounts. I am already a HSBC Middle East client, and i tell you what, being an HSBC client have me much higher consideration and priority. I strongly recommend HSBC for everyone.

Got to the bank, only to find out that the tellers and ATM are all closed until further notice. I wasted an hours bus ride.
