CHRISTINE'S CRITTER CARE & TrainingHello my name is Christine I am a animal lover of over 20 years experience with my own Dogs, Cats and experience with other animals also. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet or better said furry loved one home, when going to work, vacation or just overnight somewhere. From past experience with sitters I know the importance of having a reliable and trustworthy individual to take care of your family member. I have had lots of experience with senior Dogs and Cats Have had to administer needles and various types of medicines over the years. I want to give you peace of mind when leaving home that I will give your pet the best possible care that I would want for my own. I am Insured and bonded, for peace of mind I do require up to date vaccination records and vet release form filled out. I will also want to know of any behavior problems such as food , human and or dog aggression. I will require a list of food allergies, or anything else medical I would need to know also Feeding schedule and anything else that would be helpful to make your absents more comfortable for your pet. I have pet first aid and proof of completion , I have received my basic obedience instructor trainer Diploma, and could be hired to train your dog. I am now a CCPDT-KA Certified Trainer serving a large area around the Edmonton Area, Have various classes taught at Steel House Doggy Day Care in St Albert and do Private Training in your home. I am a CGN Evaluator, and deal with many behavior Problems. I look forward to serving you and will answer any questions you wish to know.

She looked after our greyhound and greyhound cross for five days and we couldn’t be happier with her services. We were nervous as this was the first time we’d been away from our dogs, but Christine made all of us feel comfortable.
Christine is cautious – in a good way, prepared and resourceful. Before she took us on as clients, we met twice (once at our home, then at hers). We really felt at ease with Christine because she was taking the time to make sure we were set up for success, identifying and heading off potential problems.
Every day we were gone, we received photos showing our dogs having fun and looking very much at home. Christine clipped their nails and got them used to going up and down longer flights of stairs (we only have four steps in our house). Our pups were on a better schedule when we got home – no more going outside in the middle of the night. She even took them to an off-leash park we’ve never used.
We highly recommend her services and look forward to planning our next vacation knowing our dogs will be safe and happy with Christine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christine was an excellent teacher for our 10 month old puppy Herbz. He had developed some reactivity while on leash and she showed us the best ways to get his attention and ignore the other dogs while on walks. We used clicker trained that he took well too and she even helped us with the loose leash walking. Herbz is on his way to becoming a very polite pup.

Our dog can be reactive and has some quirks but Christine has faithfully worked with him and us for over a year and has been so patient and loyal. She has also managed his routine well - he is happy and gets excited to see Christine and it says a lot when our guy likes someone!! I 100% recommend Christine.

Millie hasn’t gotten fully socialized being a Covid puppy and the techniques that Christine has taught us have really made walks more fun with less barking and lunging at other dogs and passers by.
