Most of the real work is done at home but they teach you how and help offer suggestions specific to your dog. The socializing is the best part, our puppy loves it! Also best value for price vs. other similar schools.

However, their screening process to learn about the dog is inexistent, they just push you to buy one of their foundation skill classes that are non refundable and it expires in 90 days. The minute our dog had an overexcitement moment (which is the reason we sought help and foundations skills was recommended) the trainers say the same thing «contact in the office hours» which means online sessions 30 minutes booked every 7 days with 8 other guardians, you are lucky if you have someone to answer your questions within 10 days. In the end, the only solution presented was to pay more to get private lessons, we felt we were bad dog guardians and worse for the money spent, which could be avoided if they took the time to learn about the dog. Customer service is lacking.

Even though this is our third dog in 25 years you forget about the puppy stage and some behaviour that needs to be altered before it becomes a problem. Especially with a giant breed dog ;) 10/10 Ollie highly recommends Mayra!

Our puppy is responding well to the positive reinforcement+ clicker training. We highly recommend this training school! We hope to turn our now 11 week old puppy into a future Therapy dog! Wish us luck!

She also made sure our puppy Luna (who is 10 weeks) had a safe and happy interaction with the other dog there who was a bit older/larger. Can’t wait for the rest of the classes!

I've had my rescue dog for 2 years, and while a lot of the skills are review, the instructors are still able to offer new insights and approaches to strengthen the skills and behaviours. They also offer different challenges to the dogs/guardians depending on their current ability, which is really valuable. I'm looking forward to taking my dog further into some agility work, and this foundational stuff is going to help tremendously!
