He was so friendly and personable, he was very knowledgeable in the field, and he understood what we were looking for. He helped us learn what types of factors would either help or hinder re-sale in the future, and which homes were great value for what you were getting. He has so many connections when it comes to needing a good home inspector or lawyer or doing renos etc and he has a good idea about how much certain renovations would cost. Furthermore, he was able to lock us into our dream home for a great price, even though there were many competitors.
