He looked completely dishevelled, stunk of weed and was wearing very unprofessional clothes. He just rambled. He seemed unprepared and unknowledgeable .... but maybe he forgot this things because he was so high. Would highly not recommend him. We have found another realtor and are moving mid July.

She has assisted many tenants with many of their problems. Karen is always professional and is a great problem solver. She is always flexible and makes time for people. Karen is definitely not a money grabber and she has proper ethics and again is a great business women. Karen is a hard worker and takes pride in her work. When I have problems I know I can always consult with Karen for her expertise and she always makes time for me. To sum it up, Karen is a hard worker, compassionate human being, not racist, not rude, and is a great helper. Thank you Karen for assisting me when I have problems. Keep up the great work.

Nor does not understand the conditions to perform work properly. Now has gotten worse. Highly don’t recommend working with her. She expects things do be done for her at her residence for free and to bill her clients. promises the world to you as a contractor and does not deliver the workflow as promised. Lead to believe as a poor example.

He was also very understanding and answered our many, many questions! One of my favorite things is that he provides little information tidbits - about each home, the home-buying process - on an ongoing basis. You can tell by working with him that he has done this many times before: he had a well-defined process. Excellent for anyone, whether you are looking for an agent that is more hands-on or hands-off.

She is immensely professional and has been doing this for decades and knows her way around the business, and I would trust her to anyone I meet to manage their properties.

Audrey Bannister is an agent in Wetaskewin that will only look out for her own commission. She will not work to help a client out. Please reconsider you choices.

Which really proved they weren't interested in the sale.My first sign,should have been none of sidewalks being shoveled. But when going back for a second viewing and then learning the basement kitchen was a fire Hazzard and suddenly not included, only to be informed couple hrs later the price would be reduced. Although, I'm pretty sure it's illegal...Clean your act up. Zip up your pants and shovel every one of those walks before customers arrive.
