★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jolie petite chocolaterie dans le mail Champlain. Ils ont un beau choix de chocolats (celui à la noix de coco et celui à la framboise sont mes préférés). Ils ont aussi plusieurs sortes de délicieux caramels, et on peut goûter pour trouver notre préféré. J'ai adoré celui au chocolat blanc, et le caramel salé est aussi très bon. Pour l'hiver, ils ont des préparations pour chocolat chaud au chocolat noir ou au chocolat au lait selon sa préférence. Ma petite nièce c'est acheté un sac de pastilles de chocolat au lait qu'elle a grignoté pendant toute la fin de semaine. On y trouve aussi des barres de toutes sortes (fleur de sel, framboise, poivre rose). Vraiment un bel endroit pour se gâter.
Nice little chocolate factory in the Champlain mall. They have a nice choice of chocolates (the coconut one and the raspberry one are my favorites). They also have several kinds of delicious caramels, and we can taste to find our favorite. I loved the white chocolate one, and the salted caramel is also very good. For the winter, they have hot chocolate preparations with dark chocolate or milk chocolate according to his preference. My little niece bought a bag of milk chocolate drops that she nibbled on all weekend. There are also bars of all kinds (fleur de sel, raspberry, pink pepper). Truly a beautiful place to spoil yourself.
