Can’t go wrong with ice creams? I got exotic sorbet. Really loved the flavour.

Stop by and try a Pistachio Eclair. Best decision of my Sunday trip at the Atwater Market! What a discovery! Will be back

They used to carry my favorite olive bread on the island of Montreal, but the recipe changed! Less olives, smaller chunks :(

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I contemplated writing this because the owner Pascale nor the bitter old man (who apparently is the manager) at the Atwater market couldn't care less about their customers but decided to write it anyway because people deserve to know. I walked into the corner Atwater market store with an older gentleman working alone taking inventory. A lady walked in and I overheard him being rude to her and in hindsight, that should have prompted me to turn away but needed to get macarons for a friend's birthday. While he was in the back getting them I then decided to pick up a few chocolates for her. The phone rang and then I heard him being rude to the woman on the phone! At this point I felt like I was already committed and was definitely intimidated to just walk out (which I should have) but decided to get them anyway. Chocolates I watched him serve me with his BARE FINGERS!!! He pulled out a glove but never wore it! He had it scrunched up in the palm of his hand as if he was picking the chocolates up with it but he wasn't!! He was totally touching them!!!! Yes I know. I'm working on being more assertive. I know now I should have said something right that second!! Anyway, I decided to avoid dealing with this man altogether and called their other location at the Jean-Talon Market right after I left. A really nice girl Christina sounded empathetic, she even asked me if it was an older man with grey hair so yes, this obviously wasn't anything new. What I wasn't expecting was never receiving a callback after I asked not for refund but for an exchange since I obviously wasn't going to gift these sullied 'privileged' chocolates after that. I called twice since and apparently the manager denied everything so the owner didn't think it was worth any of her attention. I even said to just check the cameras!!! Why would I make this up?!?! Here is to a NEGATIVE RATING in customer service and please watch this man as he serves you anything because not only is that utterly gross but we are still in a PANDEMIC!!!

Loved this place; tried the dark chocolate with ginger and another with almonds, delicious. They have great pastries, cookies and more!

I’ve been to Marche Atwater many times I didn’t know about this place. It is really amazing. Everything is fresh and made with love. Excellent quality. I really recommend it for a nice bakery for the morning.

I would come here for croissants because they are really good but today I decided to not go anymore. The older man with grey hair, the owner, is often rude and grumpy so I always avoid him and go to the other employees when I can. As I was about to enter I overheard him dissmissing an employee who replied he would rather leave right away. I felt bad for the employee that had to endure a manager like that everyday and decided my croissant was not worth the bad atmosphere.

Amazing chocolate/ chocolate desserts. I bought mini holiday cakes over the christmas season, and they were the best chocolate cake I ever had in my life. So I came back again yesterday to buy some more. Bought hot chocolate mix and simply amazing. The price is reasonable for its quality.
