★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service imaginable. Je leur donne une bombonne d'azote à faire remplir. On me dit qu'il y aura un délai de 2 semaines. Après 3 semaines, je les appelle pour avoir des nouvelles, puisqu'on ne m'a toujours pas rappelé. On m'explique qu'il y a eu une erreur et qu'en plus de n'être pas remplie, la bombonne n'est pas disponible. Deux mois plus tard, pendant lesquels je n'ai eu AUCUN retour d'appel, j'apprend que la bombonne est revenue, vide.
Service à la clientèle épouvantable, on nous assure qu'ils vont nous rappeler, mais je n'ai JAMAIS reçu un seul appel de leur part.
Worst service imaginable. I give them a nitrogen cylinder to fill. I am told that there will be a delay of 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I call them for news, since I have not been reminded yet. I understand that there was a mistake and that in addition to not being filled, the tank is not available. Two months later, during which I had NO return call, I learn that the tank came back, empty.
Terrible customer service, we are assured that they will call us back, but I have NEVER received a single call from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I ordered 1kg of aluminum soldering rods, they arrived later than expected (it`s ok), but I also needed the flux. They forced me to buy the flux which is different brand from rods and it was on sale. Eventually I tried to solder many times at home and did not succeed. Called to rod`s manufacture and has been told that only their original flux offer fits the rods. Came back and I have been refused to get money back for that flux. Called manager and has been refused again. And only when I mention that I am going to inform the rod manufacture and that Linde (Saint-Patrick street) offers other product using their rods, then they took back the flux and I bought the original one. I haven`t got my money back. They only offer to buy original flux using the credit I got from the wrong flux. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They guaranteed me that the dry ice by Friday for a corporate Halloween party. Not only did they charge me more than what I agreed to, they said i didn't give them the suite number. My calls are monitored and i did tell them my suite number i even added 2nd floor. They made the mistake and they don't want to refund me.
