Love this fine chocolate and cake store. This is truly a hidden gem for high end chocolates that are truly delicious.

Lecavalier Petrone has the most amazing chocolates in the world! ? I went in looking to offer a gift with a set budget, changed my mind QUITE a few times, and the wonderful person who helped me never got annoyed with my indecisiveness. I have been back a few times and will be going back for more! ?

The best chocolate I have ever tasted! I don’t like chocolate because I feel it has a very strong bitter taste masked with sweetness. But Lecavalier petrone chocolates are so different from standard/industrial chocolate. It is a shell/ outside thin layer of black chocolate filled with cream inside. Since I love fruits, they have a large span of fruity flavours. My favorite is passion fruit. Actually the acidity of passion fruit gets along very well with the chocolate. They also have other very delicious flavours like the apricot/lavender, fig/earl gray, caramel sea buckthorn/ chocolat blond, etc. Plus they have praline flavours. They are not only beautiful and artistic but very delicious. Service and people there are so friendly and give you always a good recommendations. Keep up the good work ?

The most beautiful and delicious chocolates. Our staff were terribly impressed with the chocolates as gifts, and the Paris Brest was divine!

It's my first time to visit this chocolate store which I have read in an article. Such delicate chocolate selection with aesthetic appearance and very unique flavours. I went for these I am most curious. The earl grey which I have the most expectation turns to a bit disappointed. Because the chocolate with such strong sweetness cover all the slight favour. Those with fruits are my favourites, a bit sour balance the sweet bring fresh taste. I would recommend people have such curiosity like me and also like sweet taste to try it.

It seems they've been around for 5 years, making mostly wedding cakes and other cakes on order. Then during the pandemic they opened the location on centre Street 2 years ago and opened more to the public like walk ins and making a chocolate and the team went from 3 to 20! It's busy in there, both behind the scenes (employees) and people coming in to pick up orders or buy. They have chocolates and small pastries and cakes to go (and a few other local products like candles to accompany your cakes). You can walk in and grab, they usually have the chocolates there all the time. If you have a lot to order, you can order them online ahead of time to be picked up at a later date. Especially if it's around the holidays, best to order ahead of time, especially a cake. It's 1 week from Christmas and I overhead someone asking about a cake and the staff said it's not possible until after Christmas but I could have misunderstood. It's not cheap but the price is within the range of a quality artisan chocolatier. Tastes good and enjoyable like many other places I've been to. Texture on their little triangular chocolate pieces is delicious. Tastes quality, decadent. The bars (like a kit Kat) is good as well. Price wise this chocolate being 10x more I wouldn't say the enjoyment is 10x more but it's lovely and I'll be back.Would buy again but not regularly as it's pricey but for a treat.

From instagram to the real store, everything is very pretty. Chocolate selections are very interesting and beautiful. Pastries quite limited when we are there since they mentioned you have to order online, this is tricky because you need to be able to try something small in store before order online. We bought the caramel Paris-Brest, well balance and very good, however the size is very small for $28 cake, this could be for 1.5 person only. You can see how small the cake in my picture, and again my hand is not big for your reference. The reason I gave 4 stars because overall everything is quite expensive here, you need to be aware of this factor.
