I recently experienced a medical situation requiring a trip to the ER. I was taken in quickly and saw Dr. Orr. He was beyond kind, thorough and I genuinely felt like he cared. Th ER nurses were also very kind. During my 3 day stay, the nurse checked in on me regularly and were very compassionate. A few weeks later I was taken back to the hospital again. with the same problem. Dr. Mir and the triage nurse were quick to help and very kind. It was helpful as I was very nervous about the situation. I really have no other words to describe how awesome the staff are at the hospital were to me.

worst hospital yet. my grandmas been stuck in there for days with poor treatment. she’s not allowed to go to the bathroom more than 1 time in 2 hours even tho she’s connected to IV and forced to drink a lot of water along side. she even threw up last night and her nurse yelled and called her names and didn’t even clean it up. it’s still sitting there this morning, 14 hours later because no one wants to clean it up. she’s fully able to come home as we have the correct set up for her per her physician but her β€œdoctor” at the hospital refuses to let her leave until she can walk completely unassisted. we’re talking about a 65 year old women who had a bad car accident a few years ago and completely shattered her pelvis and could barely walk before hand. how is it fair to not let this woman leave until she can fully walk unassisted when she could barely do that before being admitted into the hospital. ALL her nurses have been treating her horribly. calling her names, not coming when she pushes her button, refusing to come bring her dinner making her wait an hour plus after they said she would get it. i would never recommend this hospital to absolutely anyone, not even my worst enemy. poor patient care completely.

The nurses were rude and rarely came to help. They treated me like a prisoner literally, and wouldn't even let me get fresh air after being in the hospital for two days. The entire ordeal was absolutely ridiculous

This time was the worst I have seen. I cant walk and in severe pain but apparently I'm not sick enough. Triage puts me way down the list because I'm not showing enough discomfort. Coming up on 3hours and still in main reception I get it sicker and .ore serious people first but this is crazy I

As I’m waiting for hubby to have unanticipated surgery I have a little time to read previous reviews - I am fascinated by the polar opposites in comments/feedback. Our experience started early this morning in an outlying hospital; treatment was fine. Hubby was then referred to Lethbridge for CT scan to determine best course of action. From the moment we walked through the doors we have both been thoroughly impressed. Diagnostic Imaging staff were attentive, ER staff were exceptional, and Dr. Chantel and Dr. Lavens were upbeat, informative, and reassuring. Thus far, everything about the day has exceeded expectations - and let’s face it - that’s hard to do when your spouse is in excruciating pain! POST-OP UPDATE: It’s been a week since our unexpected visit to the hospital. Hubby ended up being there an additional day and a half. In the nearly three full days of watching/observing the medical staff in a variety of wings of the hospital our five-star review is unchanged. Yep, the system is broken and health care professionals are stretched beyond reason but wow!!! The positivity and care given/observed was second to none. Huge shout out to Nurses Carla, Olga, and Jen - y’all are rockstars in our books!!

Well I had a good experience with the beautiful nurses in the delivery word. Couldn't ask for more compassionate and knowledgeable staff in the delivery ward. But can't say the same thing for maternity leave word. I would recommend a midwife, They lied manipulated told us false facts just to get their way. After seeing our doctor proved proved that the maternity leave nurses are it does are full of themselves and are overpaid. They ruined the experience for us never again and I will be getting a midwife next child birth. Cheers to the good nurses

This hospital saved my life and the nurses took care of me night and day. Forever grateful for the bedside manner. I couldn't imagine doing their job for even a min with all they have to deal with. Not all hero's wear capes. Much love and respect.

Recently took my 5 year old son into emergency for what turned into to be a ruptured appendix. The care we received and staff were outstanding, we spent a few days in pediatrics after surgery and had the most amazing caring nurses and staff, my son had so much fun he almost forgot he had surgery! A special thanks to Katherine (sorry if I didn't get the spelling correct) in pediatrics! My son says he wants to give you another hug! Thanks so much to the staff, the nurses and doctors and surgeon and everyone!
