★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have an appointment for, say, 10:00, there's really no reason to show up until about 11:00 or 11:30 If you do, you'll just be sitting there waiting anyway. Evidently the booking system here is severely flawed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Raymond Medical clinic for over 20 years, albeit they have changed locations. I have always been treated with great respect . More than anything I love it there because I know the doctors actually care about me as a human being. They show that by taking the time to listen, never being condescending , helping me reach resolutions to health concerns, and following up . I wish there were Docs like this everywhere.

I recently moved away without time to refill a prescription, I tried to refill over the phone and at first the receptionist allowed it but they wouldn’t do it when I called a few days later for an update. I was rudely told to go to a walk in clinic- which I did today because I’ve been out of contraceptive pills for 3 days and having MAJOR headaches. The walk in clinic pharmacy wasn’t in stock either. So time for fun headache time this week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Greg Smith has saved my life on 2009 when many people had the H1 N1 I was laying on the floor in my house when my friends pick me up and took me urgent to Dr Greg Smith and he had me for 28 days in the IC unit and said it was my last minute to get help and I had seen other doctors before and they told me that there is nothing that the can do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been off work for months now waiting for an mri. They did not put emergency on it the first time. Scheduled me in for over a year later. Cool thanks guess I won't work for a year... really starting to see how people can lose everything due to a bad health care system. Been months off work now thanks to this places incompetent doctors.
