โ โ โ โ โ Great place for variety in Chinese quuisine. Specializing in real Hongkong dishes. Parking is ok and it's accessable by mobility devices. Prices are competitive and it's daily friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ Got scammed by these people. Went in to buy an ointment recommended by a friend. They said they didnโt have it on display and went to the back to grab some boxes. Everything was in Chinese language. She charged me $32. When I got home and opened the box, the expiry date said 2017. It was expired 3 years ago. When I examined it closer, I saw that they had cut away the expiry date from the outside of the box. I caution anybody from entering this dusty, chaotic store where they try to pawn off their ancient, old stock to unsuspecting victims who donโt speak Chinese.

โ โ โ โ โ Small store with a large stock of different Chinese medicine and small imported snacks. Unfortunately, this store is located in the roughest parts of Vancouver.
Owner was a polite Chinese gentleman who spoke little English. He allowed me to bring my bicycle into the store as there were no bike racks nearby and I was worried about bike theft in this area.
We both had trouble understanding each other as he spoke Mandarin and I spoke Cantonese at the same time. Despite the silly and confusing conversation we had, he allowed me to take some pictures in his store for my documentation of the Chinatown neighborhood.
Sad to see this store close. I wish the owner the best of luck for the future.
