When I first came to see Helen Zhang, I was under a great deal of stress. I became physically exhausted and emotionally drained. This sometimes resulted in my having panic attacks. After my first treatment with Helen, I couldn’t believe how relaxed and balanced I felt. Helen employed a combination of acupuncture and Tui Na in treatments that helped not only to alleviate my fears and sensations of the panic attacks, but helped me achieve greater extended equilibrium. I often go for months at a time without a treatment and when I start to feel my anxiety levels rising, Helen is able to help me rebalance and alleviate my stress levels.
I have been working with Helen since 2008. Since that time, I have sought her help with other health issues, including reducing my acid reflux and menopausal symptoms, both of which she was able to reduce using acupuncture and nutritional supplements.
Throughout the years I have known Helen, I have recommended her to family members with issues like migraines and IBS and all were extremely pleased with the results.
Helen is a competent and caring practitioner. Her help has been invaluable. She has made a big difference in the quality of my health and those of my family members.

I had very low energy and I was often unable to get through the day without lying down in the afternoon. As well I was highly susceptible to colds and the flu. Helen was able to isolate the weaknesses in my system and she worked on strengthening my body through acupuncture as well as some special dietary suggestions that helped me to improve a great deal. Helen restored not only my energy levels but strengthened my immunities as well. I am so very pleased to have found not only a competent health practitioner but a very caring individual in Helen. I highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Dr Helen Zhang! To prepare for having my first baby, I went to see Dr Helen on a regular basis, her treatments were effective and she is extremely knowledgeable! I had a very easy pregnancy with no health issues and no morning sickness or food aversions. I felt great throughout my pregnancy. My baby was also healthy and easy going. I would definitely return to Dr. Helen, even if it's just for regular health maintenance. Whenever I had questions, she would be more than welcome to provide helpful tips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a very satisfied client who has been seeing Helen Zhang since the late summer. She has been able to help me with various issues from my gastrointestinal health to my sinus issues. She came highly recommended and made me feel welcome and comfortable from the very start. Helen has made a point of keeping tabs on me in between appointments and providing some helpful exercises. I am happy to say that my problems have all cleared up. I am now visiting Helen less frequently, but still going in for maintenance appointments. I highly recommend Helen to those who seek the benefits of her experience in acupuncture and natural healing.

My husband started seeing Helen for help with stress management and to help him with nicotine cravings (he was told that acupuncture helps smokers quit) but instead he got his life back.
This sounds dramatic but it's true.
She helped him with a lot of old injuries when our family doctor wasn't able to. He got his energy and his body back.
I'm a rock climber so I get tight neck and creaking shoulders and Helen is able to relieve tension and pain instantly. I used to have poor circulation in my arms and saw improvement after the first session.
This lady is Yoda. Go there!

Fan relieved my abdominal pain when I booked acupuncture sessions in the clinic and prescribed herbs too that increased my energy, sleep patterns.

I've been to many physio, chiro and other acupuncturists and they could never fixed my issue .
I suffer from choro pains that happened in the gym. Now with all the pains gone, I can perform better in the gym

He managed to cure it within two sessions and went beyond to treat my migraine and other health issues. I am glad to find this place and can say he is the best acupuncturist I have been to. Highly Recommended!

I’ve suffered for years with back and shoulder pain and have tried numerous doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists and other acupuncturists and she was the only one who was able to resolve my pain within 3-4 sessions. She was also able to help me with hot flashes. Amazing!
Fan joined her few months ago and he’s great as well.
