S	S. Patricia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took Chimera Firearms Intermediate Pistol & Holster course and I feel that I have improved so much after the 2 days of instruction. My speed and accuracy have massively improved, and so has my confidence at hitting targets at the very back of the range. Also, I had purchased a Sig Sauer pistol and I was having lots of malfunctions, to the point that I was not enjoying using it at the range. Taylor fixed my grip and handling on the pistol and I ended up firing almost 500 rounds with it throughout the course of the weekend with absolutely zero malfunctions. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and professional firearms instructor and I will be happy to take more courses from him to improve my skill and proficiency with firearms.

She booked time off of work to take the course just to find out THE DAY BEFORE that your company wasnt even doing it due to covid. Why have courses available? Why take the money and not even blink an eye at sending a message about no courses? Your website says all these great things about your training, yet your communication levels are sub par. Shes sent you a few emails about when new courses will start with no reply. Yet you are still holding onto her money? If anyone actually wants to get their firearms licence id recommened huntsafe.ca they will get back to you faster then chimera. Pretty shameful.

I have worked for two very large armored guard company and their training for ATC's cant hold a candle to what I have learned here. The instructors are friendly and find the best way to work with you help you learn. I would highly recommend you spend the time and money to come here. 10/10

From day one, you are guided to take your training to a new level. The consistency in the training allows you to go from teaching point to point that makes sense and allows for clear understanding. Taylor is by far one of the best facilitators I’ve had the pleasure of being taught by. I have learned so many new skills with his teaching method! Taylor structures the pace and challenges of the training to his students abilities in a safe and engaging way. If you're interested in learning lessons well, Taylor and his team are the one's you want teaching you. From basic skills to advanced CQB, there's none better in the GTA.
K	Kevin Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent training program in itself, with lots of new knowledge learned. However, if you're looking to take a course to get holster certified, look elsewhere. You will not get a certificate here proving you took and passed the course. None of the others in my class got anything either. All communication goes unanswered. Great training but Taylor is one of the most disorganized individuals I've ever met. I will no longer be referring any Ontario guys, but rather to Mike Brake who actually issues a certificate.
S	Shaan Krish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sending out multiple emails and messages on Facebook messenger I have yet to get back my refund it has been almost a month and no follow up after not to mention that in their automatic response they state that they will get in contact 2-3 business day. To summarize what had unfolded due to the whole lockdown and classes were being postponed to Feb 2022 or later time I could not continue due to a family situation and wanted out of the program and asked for refund , had sent out an email on Jan 28/2022. They responded back on Jan 30/2022 stating that they will send me a refund on Monday and I should receive it in 7-10 business days. Till then no replies back to my follow up emails. Once again after countless emails and messages to the company on the status of my refund nothing has been sent nor a follow up. This is truly saddening and request some help. Your better off doing your PAL /RPAL somewhere else where they are able to respond back in a timely manner.

Taylor and his staff are experienced and knowledgeable professionals who made each class a positive learning experience. Look forward to continuing my training with Chimera!
