★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave this company a 3 because despite having excellent customer services qualities and affordable games, the issue of delivery and services is problem for residential renters. Whereas they have delivery service and other kinds of services for commercial renters they do not provide the same services for residential renters. So if you are a residential renter other issues arise if you end up renting one of these games. I think that if you provide games for both commercial and residential people, the services should be the same for both. But in this case commercial renters get preferential treatment. It almost seems like you just shouldn’t rent the game if you are a residential renter. My advice if you are a residential renter, think twice about whether you want to rent because they don’t give reimbursements either.
