Dès la première rencontre, l’organisatrice m’a soulevé plusieurs points auxquels nous n’aurions pas nécessairement pensé. Elles sont très méthodiques et organisées. Nous avons reçu beaucoup de conseils et il fallait aussi penser à plusieurs choses concernant nos stratégies à adopter. À chaque réunion, l’organisatrice d’événement nous proposait plusieurs options et de façon de faire. Elles nous ont rédigé plusieurs documents utiles afin de structurer le projet. Nous avons été bien encadrés et nous avons pu poser de nombreuses questions et établir la meilleure stratégie de communication et de marketing pour l’événement. L’événement s’est bien passé et l’on a surpassé les attentes des participants, car tous les détails ont été pensés et réfléchis. On a fait vivre aux participants une expérience différente de celle dont ils ont l’habitude. Notre événement s’est démarqué des autres et c’est ce qu’on voulait. Bref, nous sommes satisfaits du service d’organisation d’événement promotionnel de la compagnie Animations Doumica. Nous comptons refaire affaire avec vous pour nos prochains événements.

We wanted to organize a big promotional event and so we decided to do business with an event organization company. From the first meeting, the organizer raised several points that we would not necessarily have thought of. They are very methodical and organized. We received a lot of advice and we also had to think about several things regarding our strategies to adopt. At each meeting, the event organizer offered us several options and ways to do it. They wrote us several useful documents to structure the project. We were well supported and we were able to ask many questions and establish the best communication and marketing strategy for the event. The event went well and we exceeded the expectations of the participants, because all the details were thought out and considered. Participants were given a different experience than they are used to. Our event stood out from the others and that's what we wanted. In short, we are satisfied with the promotional event organization service of Animations Doumica. We look forward to doing business with you again for our next events.
