★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here since I've moved to West Kelowna but won't be returning. They repeatedly deny mailed Chevron promotions and won't accept gift cards. The staff seem incapable of working without direct supervision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrrrrrrible customer service. Ashmeet is on his phone while doing transactions. The guy didn't look up once. Rang in the items and left them on the far edge of counter where I had to reach across and grab them all while he leaned against the till on his phone. Didn't offer a bag because he was too busy on his phone. Came another time and same thing happened. On his pho e in between customers while there was a lineup. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great but the service we received from Shelly was outstanding .She remembered my name and for 3 day's had our ( my brother and myself) order ready when only seeing us at the "drivethru" window . I'm a old guy and in all my years I've only experienced that kind of service and kindness a few times . Good on you Shelly .
