On the rare occasion she was unavailable notice was given and her assistant Sinead substituted effectively. Cheryl helped us purchase in a competitive market lining up on occasion multiple sequential bids in a single weekend on short notice. Selling advice paid off and no hitches, and we have had plenty of support transitioning post-sale.

Cheryl did a wonderful job to help us find a new home and sell ours for a great price. We were looking for quite a while before having a bid accepted and she was very helpful and responsive throughout our search. She was able to gather far more information for us than we could as buyers, we really appreciated that. In selling our place, she knew exactly what to do to get it looking great to be sold quickly and for a great price. We had a tight timeline to get everything done with our sale and she provided so much support and guidance to make sure it all worked out. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She was absolutely amazing to work with and we really appreciated all of her hard work.

We knew the real estate market would be hot when we decided to (for our very first time) take a gander. We were overwhelmed; each open house had lines and lines of interest buyers and strict appointments. Without Cheryl, it would have been near impossible to have an offer accepted, let alone considered. Cheryl is a great person, and an amazing realtor. Right away from our initial meeting she clearly explained the entire process we could expect. She answered all of our questions, set up group chats and property viewings, and checked in on us regularly. Her assistant was punctual and efficient - never letting a day go to waste. When viewing listings, Cheryl asked probing questions, collected important strata/building documentation, and helped interpret all the information to then make a responsible offer. It was a great learning experience working with Cheryl, but more importantly her attitude, experience, and guidance were vital in us getting an accepted offer.

After meeting with a few realtors my wife and I chose to work with Cheryl because she seemed professional, experienced, and familiar with the area we were looking to purchase in. We wanted to buy before we sold so we knew there would be a fast turn around once we bought. We also knew that it could potentially take a long time to find the perfect property so we needed a realtor who would be patient with us and not pressure us into buying a place that wasn’t right for us. Cheryl was extremely hard working and accommodating by being available via text or email at all times and answering any questions we had. She made the effort to come view potential properties with us during the open houses, or if she couldn’t make it during that time she would go and view the property herself later on if we were interested. She is very open and honest with her communication and we felt well taken care of during the entire process. She always listened to what we said and valued our opinions. An extra perk that comes with working with Cheryl is that she has a lot of connections that streamline the entire process. We probably would not have been able to get everything we needed to get done without her to help organize and take care of everything for us. We ended up using her recommended home inspector, mortgage broker, lawyer, painter, designer, photographer, and floor planner, and all were amazing. We ended up buying a place, then quickly turning around and selling our place within a week. We also got significantly more for our place than anticipated.
