I just had the pleasure of working with Deanna. My wife followers her on social media and we saw how professional she was. When it came time to sell our Vancouver condo - without even meeting Deanna as we currently live in Toronto, we knew we wanted to work with her. The challenge was that we decided to list the property in mid-March right as the COVID outbreak was starting. Without being able to have an open house (the Real Estate Board outlawed them) and the property being tenanted, Deanna was able to secure 3 offers and we sold the condo within 24hrs of listing it! My wife and I are very pleased and would highly recommend Deanna to anyone looking to buy or sell a their property!

As a first time home buyer, I was quite nervous about entering the market as I didn't know what to expect. From my first meeting with Deanna, I felt like I was in good hands. She asked great questions about where I wanted to be and had intelligent answers to all of my inquiries. Deanna has a strong belief that when you do business with her, it's a long term relationship. My level of stress was low and no major issues came up from looking at places, to finding one, to putting in an offer and finalizing the deal. She also gave me an incredible house warming gift.
