I have worked with Yuliya in 2020/2021 already before me coming to Vancouver. She is very honest and knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever at any point. What was amazing for me, I could have sent her any potential findings, and she gave me her honest, deep opinion - no matter of the price, she was not trying to make a sell, but to make my experience great. She was able to point out any potential issues or even sometimes not recommend a place due to specific reasons that I would have not know by myself. I have worked with a few agents so far, but Yuliya definitely is my first choice now. Yulia Lys is the best choice we ever made in regards to real estate. My wife and I were new to the Vancouver market and Yuliya was kind and patient as we slowly figured out how this crazy city works. She was an amazing advocate for us as first time home buyers and was incredibly transparent on all aspects of each property we viewed. We were buyers during the pandemic and Yuliya fought through every obstacle that presented itself during this time including things like, new COVID protocol, arranging multiple scheduled viewings, and doing all the background research before we even went to a property. She was amazing at creating a zero pressure, honest environment where we could ask questions and let her know our likes and dislikes which she used to curate new viewings.
