After waiting 20 years, researching dental implants and listening to concerned professionals, friends, as to where I should go for this major decision I decided on Chemong Dental. Dr Rhee is a top-notch dental surgeon, combined with gentleness and kindness. His staff follow suit. A wonderful team. After starting the process in August, the implants were a complete success and I walked out of the office today with two upper front teeth lost in hockey long ago, along with a molar. The staff were as excited as I was to walk out holding the flipper denture in a plastic cup. I have my teeth back!!!!…they are perfect. Tonight I tasted my food for the first time in a long time, and as a pastor I do a great deal of speaking. The lisping on certain words are gone and as a family, my wife and I are so grateful! So thankful. All the issues I was kindly cautioned over, such as implant failure, improper gum tissue placement were non- issues. A gifted surgeon and humble man of faith. His team obviously respect their environment as they treat you with importance and compassion. This is a huge step in not just my oral health but overall health. All I wanted for Christmas was my two front teeth. After twenty years they arrived perfectly. If you are considering implant work, I highly recommend Chemong Family Dental. There will always be potential issues the team fully disclose, but I couldn’t be happier with my decision to make Dr. Rhee my dental surgeon and health care provider. My procedure was a 15 out of 10. I wanted to become a patient with them given all their good reviews, but an urgent problem arose before I could scheduled a visit. They were amazing at getting me in ASAP and taking care of my cracked tooth the same day I called. When I was concerned about complications a few days later, they got me in again right away! The staff is very friendly and the hygienists and dentists are good with people like myself, who have had bad experiences with some dentists and are anxious about going. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have been with Chemong Family Dental for several years now. I find the staff to be knowledgeable and efficient, the choice of procedures to be logical, and the cost to be reasonable. I also have found the techniques and equipment to be properly up-to-date. I would recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: Had a visit with doctor Alex and he was VERY professional and informative. Booked another appointment in the future and I hope this experience will be better. It was nice of CFD to reach out to me regarding my issue! I know this is very delayed, but I had an appointment last year with Chemong Dental. I was booked in for a cleaning which the lady did very well. The dentist proceeded to tell me I had a few cavities so I booked another appointment that day to have them filled. Anyhow, I left the dentist with a cavity not filled that was in between my teeth. The appointment felt very rushed and I felt as if nothing was really fixed. Also, the gentleman who had done my fillings put a cap on one of my teeth to do the filling. When he went to take the cap out he yanked really hard and it hurt my tooth next to it which had the cavity in between. I've been really scared to go back since... and that day was fairly costly as it is...

The staff are very professional and friendly. Can't give it a 5/5 as they seem understaffed; I had a dentist appointment for a follow-up and he had to step out of the room about three times. Not a major deal, but it concerns me for 2 reasons: 1) am I getting the full attention of my dentist and 2) are the staff burning out because they either aren't a) hiring enough or b) setting up unrealistic appointment expectations. I also feel that sometimes they don't spend enough time listening to my concerns, and push them to future appointments. But again, overall a very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional team.

Over the years, I have had horrible experiences at the dentist. I decided to give Chemong Family Dental a try, and I will never go anywhere else. The entire staff is welcoming and kind. Dr. Alex sat down with me and discussed what work I would need in order to be able to smile again, without judgment. I will never forget the kindness he showed me and his words "we will being your smile back, I promise you". Min the denturist has gone above and beyond to make sure my new teeth fit and look good. I'll be forever grateful for the team at Chemong Family Dental for helping me be able to smile again and to help me with all of the pain I have endured for years.

I had a great experience at Chemong Family Dental and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. When you walk in the atmosphere is very pleasant and clean. One thing I loved was that every step was explained to me prior to anything being done. Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to my next visit soon!
