โ โ โ โ โ The best salmon avocado of my life. The salmon was as tender as the avocado, just mouth melting. They def know how to cut their fish properly! Coming from a salmon avocado enthusiast you can have my word on this! Staff was kind. Took a long time to make our order but we came in last minute before closing and they let us stay without rushing us. Super cozy vibe inside, nice decor and loved the Japanese music. Only wish they served tea instead of water! Portions were generous and again so yummy. Miso soup was great too. Please be careful that the price on the online menu is not updated so they upped their price but itโs understandable in a touristic town like Canmore!

โ โ โ โ โ Food: The ramen was ok. Not the best I had. The soup was not hot enough, the egg was cold and the broth needed a touch of love. The pork lacks flavor.
Service: it was great.
Location: itโs a great location, and the place is clean.
I believe they can get 5 stars easy. Iโll be back.

โ โ โ โ โ They are not willing to do business. The server (maybe the owner) threw me some paper and asked me to write down my order on it, and he never come back to collect our order. After ordering food, we had waited for 40 mins and the food is really bad (it was not a full house). I had visited this place long ago when it was owned by a Japanese chef. Back then the food was excellent and service was fantastic. I believe the owner has changed and I highly recommend not to go! Tim Hortons or McDonald is much better. Donโt waste your money on it!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent food! You can tell it's fresh and made from scratch. The front end staff was overwhelmed but despite that, still did an excellent job. Best tan tan ramen I've ever had. I'm glad we chose this restaurant for dinner, and we will be returning the next time we're in the area.

โ โ โ โ โ Itโs a great restaurant in Canmore! The ramen is so good and perfect. My other friends also like their Teriyaki beef! Only location little bit behind of mianstreet buildings.

โ โ โ โ โ Great food, and nice staff. Kids enjoyed their ramen, and my teriyaki beef skillet was delicious (especially the sauce)! Husband ordered the dynamite roll, which was just ok. A bit tucked away but they have a sign on the sidewalk that will lead you to them. Had to pay $3 extra for a side of rice to go with the skillet.
