★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a damaged tire which I needed to take to Mertin's to be replaced but my vehicle was not drive able so I called Cheam Taxi. I told the dispatcher what it was I required and they let me know that was no problem. When the taxi arrived the driver helped load the tire into the car and when we arrived at Mertin's they waited and drove me home again. I was extremely happy with the service and with how polite the dispatcher and driver were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young guy that I had was very helpful, friendly and even helped me with my groceries to my doorstep. Never had service like that before with ANY taxi company and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to book a taxi, got a call and called back right away (which went straight to the company’s voicemail). Waited After 4 calls (and getting hung up on) and finally someone was able to talk to me and the driver had driven up, but picked up someone else who had placed in a call after us. We heard them say “wow this was fast” — and they took our cab.
