★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RAVE: I was out taking photos of the icicles and ice and I noticed an older gentleman struggling on the ice to make it in to the apartment building. As I was about to go get my boots on, a cab driver who had dropped off a different person, jumped out of his car and helped him right to the door. It was so awesome ? So way to go to this driver from Cheam Taxi! A small act of kindness makes a big difference to that person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At my shop we use Cheam exclusively as our cab provider for our customers - have not once had a bad experience usually arrive before i even get the paper work done lol !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last two cab rides, the driver's have chose not to listen to my direction's. Cost more than usual price. Take different route to my destination instead of listening to my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the App and usually Cheam taxi is decent but I have to say I'm extremely frustrated with their wait times. The App said 14min. I waited 20min before calling only to be told it's another 20-25min. I wish they would be honest about their wait times on the app. If I had known I'd be waiting 40-45min I wouldn't have wasted 20min waiting for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first couple times I started calling Cheam Taxi, they were pretty good with wait times and it was only maybe a 15min wait, tops. But now, the last few times I have called, I have had to wait for half an hour or even more than an hour for a cab to show up. And half the time, they still never do, no matter how many times I call dispatch and ask what's going on. This needs to be dealt with. Either send your drivers to where they need to be when they're called, or just close your business down and stop wasting people's time....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave zero stars I would. I am extremely sick with a 10 month old baby who is also sick. I called at 7:00 pm to book my 15 year old son a taxi from work. I made them aware he had a bike and would need a van for a pick up a 9:30. I then fell asleep to try and sleep well my baby was and just woke up at 10:00 pm to see I missed multiple calls from my son due to the fact they never showed up. Well driving to pick my son up with a sick infant they called me at 10:15 to say sorry did we still want they taxi van as they got a different call they decided to do first. I asked why would you not of called me or my son at 9:30 9-40ish to say they would be late as I told them it was for a 15 year old. She said well sorry we had another call. Pretty pathetic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a wheelchair taxi 24 hours in advance of my appointment at Chilliwack General Hospital to arrive at 8:15 Monday morning. When they had not arrived by 8:25 I called dispatch and was told the van should arrive in about 5 minutes (they hoped. I waited until 8:30 and then started to make my own way over by scooter. I arrived at the hospital at 9 am and at 9:15 the driver called to let me know he had arrived at my house and was waiting for me (ONE HOUR LATE)!!!
At 10: 15 I tried to call dispatch for the return trip and was left on hold. I gave up and started to try and make my own way home again unsure if I had enough battery power to make it. I got as far as Wellington and College and that was it for the scooter batteries. Again I tried to call Cheam and this time I was told the wait would be between 30 and 35 minutes (they think). After watching the wheelchair van pass by more then once, I gave up. I called the competition who arrived within 5 minutes of my call and greet me with care, attention and professionalism. Lesson learned. Cheam...you dropped the ball in a huge way, leaving me stranded.......NEVER AGAIN. And I will make sure everyone I talk to hears of my experience with your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Company, I had to call them at 4am after Chilliwack Taxi didn't show up for a pre-booked ride to work. I will never use Chilliwack Taxi again.
Thankfully Cheam Taxi arrived quickly, and got me to work in record time. I also called Cheam taxi for a ride home from work, the dispatcher was very polite, and gave an accurate eta. The taxi even got there a bit sooner than I expected so that was nice. Definitely the best cabs in Chilliwack, and I will use them whenever I need a cab in the future.
