B	Brian W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a taxi to pick me up and take me to work at 4am the following morning. Everything went well when I called for the booking "sure we will be there to pick you up at 4am." The Following morning, I called at 3:30am to confirm the taxi would be here. Dispatcher confirmed my booking and repeated my address back to my so I knew they had booked it. 4am I am standing outside waiting for the taxi, and after a while I call for an ETA because it had not arrived. At this point the dispatcher told me that they only had 1 or 2 taxi working, and it would be at least an hour before they could get to me. I told them that I had a pre-booking but they where adiment that they couldn't help me. Why would they allow a pre-booking if they knew they only ran a few cabs at that time of day, and why would they not tell me the cabs where busy when I called to confirm at 3:30am so I could make other arrangements. Really disappointed in this company, I will never use them again, and don't recommend anyone else does either. Especially for anything which requires time sensitive scheduling. Thanks to Cheam Taxi who rushed to cover their mistake and got me to work only 10 min late.
j	japneet kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prebooked a cab and the cab haven’t shown up so i called dispatch and they said cab is on the way. but no one showed up i had to wait there for more than half an hour. Even the dispatch told my husband there was no prebooking but when i talked with them they were able to find my trip. The dispatch should not lie. They should be trained again to serve customers properly instead of laughing over the phone. After i had to call another company taxi. Even the driver did a no show without arriving at my pickup location. Worst experience ever. I will never use the service of this company.

At 10:40 after the app saying driver would arrive at 10:40, it said looking for a driver. I called them, I was put on hold. I guess the app automatically says that a driver will be picking you up at the desired time, even though it's super busy and impossible for one to be there at the desired. App needs to be updated so it doesn't make you think there is a cab coming for 40 min when there isn't.

He educated the specific driver in question, assured me that won't happen again, and that I could contact him directly if there were any further issues. The situation was handled well by the manager. Brutal. Taxi 11 showed up and refused to allow my service dog and I to board. My dog was in vest and I showed the driver my provincial guide dog ID (she's certified). The driver refused because "I don't allow dogs in my car".
