★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if I could.... me and someone else spammed the phone for probably 40 - 45 mins straight and we couldn't get an answer, had to use a different cab company.... as a cab company your only job is to drive people around and you guys can't even answer your phone to do your job?!?!?!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited a hour for a cab ride, after calling 8 times they did not answer. Once the cab showed up we had found another ride and we told them we were upset and we did not get a apology or anything. Would not recommend such a rude company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This taxi company is far better than a few years ago. They have always been there to accommodate me and my job! They start driving in the early morning even if they are not yet taking calls. You just have to ask the day before if they dont know you. The drivers are all professionals. They charge accordingly, while always going the best, shortest route to your destination. THANK YOU KEY CITY CABS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left me my boyfriend, and our bags out in the cold cuz after waiting for 30 minutes for him to arrive I went into a store to warm up..when the driver finally arrived he spoke to my bf and told him he didnt want to wait for me to come outside or take my bags! What is a taxis purpose again? Apparently this company doesnt wait for their customers or take any baggage.... sorry for the ppl who think they have a ride after getting groceries I guess!
