★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have finally found the hair salon where I can get an awesome cut and spectacular colour. Chafic did my colour, he is extremely talented, he did a great job. Donna did my cut, talk about meticulous and she goes into details on how to do your own hair. I washed them today and they look the same as when Donna did them. Your hair will thank you for booking an appointment with these two. Add to this a cozy atmosphere and you have a five star experience! I highly recommend this place.

I was rushed in and out as fast as humanly possible, handled roughly, not listened to at all when I told them what I wanted and when I got home and looked more closely, the cut was horrible. I had to get my wife to redo it. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to warn people about this place.

Che is a very nice guy and pleasant to talk to.
When I came for my appointment, he was late and was tending to many clients at the same time. I went in for a haircut/ trim.
Shampoo and conditioning of the hair was rough and took 1 min. The haircut itself was very disappointing especially when you are paying high end prices (79 dollars with taxes). In addition, I was very surprised that there was no real hair styling products being used for a haircut. I asked for heat protector for my hair when he was blow drying it (which should be standard) and he did use some after. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place especially at that price point. 80 dollars is a lot of money for what I received. Not worth it at all. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I recommend Salon rouge for the same price but with better service and quality.

I went home and check my hair properly and I can tell you this is like a first choice kinda cut. Very surprising since it was the owner who cut my hair. Do not go there.
