โ โ โ โ โ I like that there are options for how much sugar or ice you like for your orders. The taste is ok, price is fair. The seats need new upholstery. When we came, the lady at the counter seem to be impatient, she sounded rushed like expecting that we have memorized their menu and know exactly what to say at the counter. That would be true for regulars, how do new comers become regulars? They were served nicely during their first time.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely loved their Brown Sugar Pearl Crema Oat milk. Definitely one of my faves, but iโd suggest not to add extra brown sugar as the regular is already perfect to sweetness! Itโs for sure a treat.

โ โ โ โ โ I usually come to this location on some weekends when my friends hold car meets in the lot. The service is pretty quick here unless there are a LOT of people so donโt expect your drink(s) to be done right away. Staff here are really nice!

โ โ โ โ โ The experience at this store is always stressful. The staff never smile and are not willing to make any modifications. I simply asked for less syrup in one of their juice teas and they absolutely refused. They could not understand that the amount of syrup they literally put in by hand is too sweet for me. If you're not Chinese speaking like me (I'm a brown woman and have been faced with racism often), they point and speak about you in Chinese and have zero consideration for customers and how to serve customers well. I would not recommend this location at all. Not worth the poor treatment. Visit the one on west Broadway - way better or prestotea.
In response to the owners reply below - other Chatime locations are happy to make modifications and don't make a big deal out of this like the Richmond location does. So pretty much the Richmond location is casting a gloomy cloud over the Chatime name. That's too bad.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is okay if youโre really dying to get bubble tea, the people taking your order are always super nice but the drinks can sometimes taste watered down or bitter. The prices can be a little expensive but itโs fine I guess
