★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very lucky and grateful to be one of the winners of the giveaway contest. However, I am totally disappointed with what I experienced today. I was contacted the store to schedule a pickup, and I never get a reply for two days. When they finally replied me, they confirmed me with the pick up time few days ago. Since they said I will need to pick it up before this Saturday..I work full time and do not have a stable timetable, and I live far away..when I got confirmed to pick up today after work, I just realised that they were not able to give it to me today as they are OVERBOOKED..seriously?!! Although they did message me two hours ahead..but still..I do not have internet data so I couldn’t receive it..But really?! Overbooked? I guess it’s because I am the lucky winner and they decided to give my box of moon cakes to the people who actually paid it..and of course I didn’t get what I was supposed to get..they just gave me the original flavour and mochi flavour..nothing like what the prize should be..Their attitude was just ridiculous…

The mango pudding soup, the longan and red date drink was aromatic, and the soy milk pudding cake was delicious as the mochi was perfect in both taste and texture! The owner was nice and the food was plenty as there was nothing lacking nor was it less than

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dessert is good, but service is subpar. If you don't allow seating, then put up the proper signs and your tables and chair away. Speak to customers like you value them. We don't owe you money. Be nice to those who take their time to visit your shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received their Lunar New Year specials from a close friend. It was really good! And their packagings are so cute and good for presents. So I have to buy some more for myself. The store is very clean and spacious. Staffs are very nice. Will definitely go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name was confusing I thought it was a kids cafe. Haha but surprised to find unique desserts. It was slow and I wanted to try the pork floss dessert. The pricing was 2 for $11 and 4 for $20 for one flavour. I really wanted to try 2 flavours and ask to do 4 with two flavours for the $20 deal. They said they can’t. I enjoyed the mango sago cake with cream and the pork floss custard cake. The Asian soup with beans wasn’t impressive so I didn’t even take photos. So service was average but the desserts were great. We ended up eating at a park due to restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time writing a review, that shows how much I liked the desserts and the cafe! My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Azure Play Cafe. The place is clean, spacious and has a nice atmosphere. The owner Ivan is friendly and answered any questions we had about the desserts. We ordered a hot Rainbow fruit drink and a Cake with Cream Float. We really liked the flavours of the Rainbow fruit drink, a balance of fruit and tea, also it wasn’t overly sweet. The Cake with Cream Float (earl grey flavour, you have to preorder this) , the texture is so amazing!! It’s so soft, smooth and fluffy, the cream float brings a nice balance to the cake. This cafe can get busy because of the pre order dessert pick up, but it didn’t bother us, as we came here to relax with my husband, we didn’t mind the little wait. Overall, we were very impressed by the desserts and the whole experience. I would recommend others to come, just be a bit patient if they get busy, the desserts are worth the wait ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember taking my kids here years ago when they had the play area. However the food they served in the past was nothing like it now. Had a great time and it was good. I can’t wait to see what they’ll do for a play area after the pandemic is over.
