I had a few different types of jobs I was targeting at the time and he is very skilled at highlighting my skills best suited to each job, and the resumes he created for each job type really captured what the employers were looking for and the cover letters were very well-written. Meeting personally with Milton was everything I had hoped for. He listened well and asked questions to probe deeper when needed. The personal level of service made all the difference for me. He knew what jobs I was interested and wrote the resume to fit those jobs.
When I sent out my resume 12 years ago, I had no replies whatsoever. This time, however, I was called for an interview a couple days after sending out my resume!!
From my experience, I don't think you can go wrong with Milton Kiang at Channel Resume.

Milton Kiang talked with me at length about what I wanted and needed and created a resume that highlighted all my skills but could be read quickly and easily by employers! In addition, he edited a bio page from my website and all for a reasonable price. We corresponded through email and phone and everything was completed in 5 days from start to finish!
