Il y a une employé avec un accent français très désagréable même pas un bonjour même pas un sourire rien au contraire elle te parle comme si elle ne veut pas être là. Vraiment il y a pas de service à la clientèle je préfère aller à un autre endroit. Very disappointed with the service. There is an employee with a very unpleasant French accent, not even a hello, not even a smile, on the contrary, she talks to you as if she doesn't want to be there. Really there is no customer service I would rather go to another place.

Le service etait impeccable et agréable. J'ai trouvé 3 ensemble et j'ai pu profiter d'aubaine exceptionnel. Merci à toi et ta collègue pour l'aide. I went to the lingerie exchange at anjou galleries today and was advised by a wonderful Ashanti employee I believe (name on invoice). The service was impeccable and pleasant. I found 3 together and I was able to take advantage of exceptional bargain. Thanks to you and your colleague for the help.

Je suis une cliente de Change depuis longtemps, j’arrive au magasin en connaissant ma grandeur et le modèle dont j’ai besoin. J’essaie rapidement et demande un autre morceau. J’allais acheter 3 soutien-gorge et elle me dit non. La vendeuse ne veut pas passer ma transaction disant qu’il est 19h… et qu’ elle ne peut pas faire de transaction…. Je suis vraiment déçue de cette situation qui fait perdre mon temps, en plus de me donner de l’attitude et qui fait malheureusement perdre une cliente au magasin Change… Bravo pour le service à la clientèle. Very very very disappointed with the service at the Change Galerie d´Anjou. I have been a Change customer for a long time, and I come to the store knowing my size and the model I need. I try quickly and ask for another song. I was going to buy 3 bras and she said no. The saleswoman doesn't want to go through my transaction saying it's 7:00 pm… and she can't make a transaction…. I am really disappointed with this situation which wastes my time, in addition to giving me attitude and which unfortunately lost a customer at the Change store… Bravo for the customer service.

Le service est impeccable et j'y retournerais certainement! J'ai trouvé les soutien-gorges les plus confo de la Terre et ils sont parfaits pour moi!! La vendeuse connaissaient très bien son inventaire et elle savait ce qui ferait bien ou pas avec ma poitrine! J'ai déjà très hâte d'y retourner!! Pourtant, je déteste magasiner des soutien-gorges habituellement! First visit today and it was highly anticipated given that no bra fits me anymore. The service is impeccable and I would definitely go back! I have found the most comfortable bras on earth and they are perfect for me!! The saleswoman knew her inventory very well and she knew what would or would not go well with my breasts! I can't wait to go back!! Still, I usually hate shopping for bras!

I had a gift card to I went to the one in Anjou and met the sweetest bra specialist. Aline, you attention to the customer, making them feel Comfortable and being so personable made my experience AMAZING! I brought a friend there today, who every time she goes to Change has a bad experience or nothing in the store fits her. I brought her to Anjou and thankfully Aline was there. My friend left with 2 sets and happy. We are both bigger girls and thank you for the amazing experiences Aline!!

Would never come back to this brand . May.29.2022 before afternoon
