C	Charlie Lynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at this store! All the employees in store were very polite and I was greeted right away. My sales associate was Emily. She was very helpful in explaining the sizing and how different it was to other places. She brought me a few things to try after we had determined my size and continued to bring me options and remove items from my change room so I wasn’t overwhelmed. She made my experience very easy, and although I did not end up finding something, she continued to assure me that she completely understood and was happy to help me find my size. This is what we need more often!!! Countless times I’ve gone into stores and gotten attitude for not buying so this was very refreshing! Thank you Change!

They worked so hard to find the perfect bra for my mother that was very comfortable for her. Thank you ladies : ) you are the best! Thousand stars to your excellent customer service : )

I could tell the lady helping me was trying really hard to be helpful but she missed the mark on so many things. I was fitted in store, but I kept being brought bras to try on that were the wrong size, on the occasion wildly so (as in 5 sizes off) and had to keep checking the sizes myself. She also lacked knowledge of some basic bra terminology that made it difficult to explain what I was looking for. I left satisfied with my purchase but it felt like I had done all the work myself with having to check sizes and find the styles I was talking about. No hate to the person helping me again, but perhaps it would be wise for management to check in with the sales associates to see if further training might be warranted.

I will begin with the fact that I’ve been a loyal patron of the Change Cambie location since Yvonne opened it in 2008. I love this store. I was very sad to see her go, but regardless, it has always remained my go to, as can’t deny the quality and price points. HOWEVER- now, Miss SASHA is there and I love this store even more now!! Sasha is one of a kind! Attentive, proactive, she listens, is an amazing communicator- she is everything and more that you need and want, especially when it comes to this fine art of womens garment fitting(s). Again. She has gone above and beyond to help me, cannot say enough about her! Head office I sure hope you’re paying attention to this super star you have on board!
