★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great experiences here in the past with very helpful and knowledgeable store workers (a couple years ago). However, yesterday I came in to get refitted, and to get a specific type of bra. The associate that was helping me was trying to rush me out of the store - she would wait outside the dressing room nearly two inches away from me, and she asked every 20 seconds or so if I had tried on the next bra. I also felt my concerns were dismissed; played off as me not knowing what I was talking about, or not knowing how bra sizes work. Unfortunate to have this experience given the great experiences I had in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to Diane's for the first time in search of a high quality, every day bra. Dee was exceptional in helping me find the perfect one (well, more than one). She was incredibly attentive, from the fitting - to providing options - to pairing the bras with other items (panties, tops, pyjamas). I've never had a bra fitting so customized and would highly recommend Dee at Diane's to anyone looking for a proper fitting.
The Marie Jo brand was perfect for my build (32D) and taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve struggled to find bras I like ever since my bust outgrew the selection at Victoria Secret, but Monica was able to fit me with several amazing bras within a matter of minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever worn a bra that felt and looked this good. Everyone working in the store was very kind, and were also able to offer solutions when I got home and realized that one of the bras I’d purchased was the wrong size. Just know that you can expect to pay upwards of double the price of what you’d expect to pay at someplace like Victoria Secret or Addition Elle, but it shows in the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really miss Diane and her crew since new owners took over. Its not the place it used to be. Back in the late 90s early 2000, Diane saved my back from intense pain with the miraculously knowledgeable fitting and education of my body structure. A lost era. So sad.
