I was helped by Natasha and she made the experience very comforting and pleasant. She was very knowledgeable and most importantly is very patient and honest. She helped me with great service and I highly recommend seeking her help.

I also wanted to give a quick shoutout to the associate who runs the entrance into the boutique. I’m so sorry that I never got their name but they are extremely sweet and are doing a fantastic job!

She goes out of her way to hunt down whatever it is we are looking for. She spends a LOT of time with you going through your size, style etc, to help build your collection. I'm sure I have annoyed her with my multiple texts but I wouldn't know for sure because she's so graceful with receiving them. She isn't pretentious or judging and makes you feel at home even if you are just starting your Chanel journey. She is simply amazing.
S	So's Young Day on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From Ontario and wanted to save some tax and decided to visit this location for the first time. The security lady outside said that they are little busy today because new seasonal bags came in this morning. My husband and I said no worries and waited for 5 minutes. The security lady was nice and just easy to talk to while we waited. We saw some people leaving with their purchase and we were hoping to get some bags too. This lady name Cat came out and looked at us and didn’t even smile and just asked what we wanted. We said anything small or medium size bags hopefully classic flap but pretty much anything. She showed us this bag that is pretty much scratched and has some used marks in them and she goes “this is the only thing we have right now”. We asked is there other ones that’s available to look at and she says nope this is it. We looked at each other and was very shocked at this lady’s attitude. We left that store within 2 minutes and we didn’t even look back. The security lady was WAY MORE friendly than the employee at this store. They will never have my money. Please people do not shop here. Take your money elsewhere. Not worth it!!!
