Chandni Victoria

Had a chance to perform at Chandni Victoria Hall.. Really big and spacious place for any type of functions. They have some cool interior options that you can choose from. Close to the airport. Comes off as an expensive place but it's totally worth the money. Recommend this place for all ur functions.

Place feels like it didn't start off as a hotel but may have been remodeled into one and then affiliated itself with Best Western, and it honoured our platinum membership points properly. First, current Google Maps took us to the back fence with no way in on Slough St. It's in the 2900 block of Drew instead. A bagged breakfast was available to guests and Kuerigs were in the room and in the lobby. TV selection was a little tough to figure out but when you do, you'll be happy with all the choices. And hey! Free covered parking spots!

I was searching for a place to host a large event. I short listed Chandni Victoria along with a few other halls. I was coordinating with Jimmy. His customer service was excellent. He walked me through all the options, packages, different ways of setting up the hall for my needs. My family hand many asks and Jimmy was patient throughout it all. Unfortunately, due to logistical matter on my end, I wasn’t able to book. However, I will definitely be back when I require to host an event.

New facility, very well equipped to handle 500 guest with social distancing. Food was good. Update: had my own kids wedding event here recently and Jimmy and his staff came thru with flying colors. The facility is well kept and the food was second to none! Full five stars again!

My experience with chandni Victoria was not a pleaseant one at all. We first went over to the Chrysler location. We were welcomed by sunny, who was kind compassion and very reasonable. He answered all our questions, welcomed us as guest into his office where we sat down and he went over everything with us for a wedding booking of 500 people. I was pleased to deal with Sunny. He then suggested we go over to the Victoria location to speak with his "brother" Jimmy. He said he had already gave Jimmy a heads up and that we can go over and discuss all the finer details with Jimmy. We understood their price was higher due to being a newer venue. However when we got to the Victoria location and met Jimmy we had the worst experience ever. Don't get me wrong the hall was very nice. However the. Ustomer experience we got from Jimmy was horrible. He started by clarifying Sunny is not his "brother" and did not bother to take any time to have a seat with us to further dicuss the finer details. He continously emphasized that he already has 160 weddings and does not need our service. While concersating he left our family to go over to another family that had walked in, rather than finishing with us. In all his attitude was full of arrogance which me and my whole family was disrespected by. I had mention to him this would be for 550 people, and he advised for 550 people we would only get half the hall, which can no where nearly fit that many people comfortably. He advised this was because we do not drink and dance therefore the space would not be needed. He advised to get the whole hall we would need to pay for 800 people which does not make sense to me if we only had 550 people. Due to this experience I refuse to provide any business to this venue. My family and I were not impressed and we therefore chose an even nicer venue at Red Rose, where we were treated with respect and fairness. They provided the entire hall for 550 people as they agreed half a hall for that amount would be too crowded. They sat with us and went over everything and made sure we had a great understanding of whta was being offered. I will never recommend chandini Victoria to any family and friends. Beautiful venue, large and spacious with amazing light features and ambiance. We went for a Bengali wedding reception and enjoyed. Good food, attentive staff.

Chandni Victoria comparatively is a new addition in that area. It is done so nice. Considering all the important features for the big events...such as weddings, parties and other gatherings. It's a better choice for the people of that area.
