★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I lived here for 2 years, and thanks to the property manager, it was a very pleasant two years. Christie knows what she's doing, and if we ever had a problem or a noisy neighbor, she would solve it right away. We had a wonderful time here, we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place away from the tragic of the city.

Overpriced & the amenities of the laundry room are sad at best with only 2 washers
& 2 dryers! At one point a washer was down for a long time! People are very loud, so if you're looking to relax after work & find some peace & quiet, don't move here! 1 star is being generous! Avenue Living owns this & not happy!

If somethings needed fixing the maintenance man was always really good at getting to it and getting it done very quickly very much recommend these places. The manager is also very good if you need something done quick enough and you contacted him, he was on it right away.
