★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 storied building. 2 lifts. Dont have own parking space but sparking place is just 2 minutes walking distance away. Rooms are spacious i must say. There is a nice clean and tidy conference area or gathering place whatever you say? that includes television and a table tennis board at the top floor. Front view is excellent and sunlight comes directly to your room through windows which you will be in need during winter and show. As the building is quite old..ventilation and heating system are quite old but you can live with that. Overall it is a decent place to stay while you are studying.. Specially when you have to live within your budget and yes washing and drying of cloths are free.
