The other tenants in the building have been super nice and the staff keeps the lot looking clean and well kept no matter the time of year. My and my roommate have discussed staying here for 5+ years because of how much we love our apartment! 5/5 for sure!

Our last place was terrible for addressing issues with repairs and other tenants, so we've appreciated the care and attention the managers display here. Overall, the place is a nice, relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel safe and secure about raising your family here.

I wrote letters and it still cost me too move . Over 1000 dollar's, coz you have to repay your damage and stuff . Now i on top floor and its just as bad . Never will i tell someone to move here or will i renew a lease . Just like living with Avenue living . Very loud place to live and mail boxes keep getting broken into .

Gorgeous building and it only get better with the excellent and responsive service from the staff.They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, with the functional gym and swimming pool as added bonuses. Edgemont height has become home and we are happy with our choice. I would recommend Edgemont height without question. Excellent service, Great support, Good people.

The staff here are amazing, and very responsive to concerns and questions. The maintenance team as well is fantastic, and fix issues super fast. The apartments are nice and roomy, and a pool and covered parking are a super nice bonus. What I think makes Edgemont and the staff there special is they are the first landlords I've ever had that actually seem to care. They always post community things and newsletters, and are always friendly. Even small things like putting up Christmas trees in December make the place feel like home. Only complaints I have is the building itself is older, and the kitchens are really outdated. But Edgemont constantly has been upgrading and repairing the building since I moved in two years ago(new rugs, new paint jobs in the stairwells, repaving the parking lot) so it keeps getting better! Highly recommend this place

For such a big building it’s a very great place to live. The staff have been wonderful and I’ve never felt appreciated in a property managed residence like I have here and I’ve lived a lot of places! s	stephanie hitchings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my roommate and I moved in this summer and we love it so far. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was a huge selling point for us and we love our unit. all our neighbors are friendly and quiet. The halls and lobby are always clean and maintained. the office staff are very kind and friendly they respond to concerns quickly and are very approachable. any maintance requests we have put in have been dealt with within the week. our hallway had a notice of inspection since we moved in wich actually impressed us since there seems to be regular checks for pests and to make sure the units are clean I wish all apartments did that! the pool, gym and community garden boxes is such a great way to create a sense of community between your neighbors and being pet friendly are all outstanding perks that make me thrilled to call edgemont home. there are however some things that could be improved upon. mailboxes are broken into regularly and I've come home to the inner door not actually locking so people without keys can just get building access. that really concerns me, HOWEVER when I informed the office they had the issue dealt with quickly. I'd still love to see the locks replaced on the front doors and for the elevator to be cleaner and better maintained. the wall beside the buttons is desperately in need of a cleaning and paint job but that's purely a cosmetic fix. all in all though complaints are minor. I love my experience with edgemont so far and I look forward to calling it home for years to come!
R	Ritza B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I moved here I found the staff very welcoming. Then as I was settling and having some questions and finding stuff that I wanted done they are very accommodating. I found it really quiet and peaceful with once in a while noice of celebration which is part of life and it was not everyday so it didn’t bother me much. The suites are roomy . Staff are good at maintaining the cleanliness in and out of the building. I like the added swimming pool and gym . I can even have some company to use them . Staff are friendly, helpful , approachable and always wearing a smile what else you can ask for? You can even have pets and neighbours are nice. If you want to live life come move here and live it. I highly recommend.
