No staff anywhere to control some of the wild kids that were throwing basketballs from one end of the facility to the other! The prizes are empty cabinets! Don’t bother with the bar, no one is there to seat you or acknowledge you! We left because we waited and no one served us! I even emailed the GM and he didn’t seem to care that his facility is run down! Very sad because it has potential! I would never go back or suggest this place to anyone!!!
C	Chantal Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BILLED FORTY DOLLARS FOR CALLING BACK 30 MINUTES LATER AND CANCELLING RESERVATION - My family and I loved going here for food, bowling and playing pool. Recently we booked a reservation. A family emergency happened and we couldn't make the reservation. So we called them back 30 minutes later after booking the reservation and told them that we unfortunately had to cancel. They said we had to pay a cancellation fee. I asked them what it was and they said they didn't know. Then we were billed $40 for the cancellation fee.

It would a be better experience if sharing ball racks was for busy times and not the norm. Otherwise a great place to bowl! Definitely on the pricey side but its worth the full experience!

Might expect this at an adult or sports bar, but parents should be aware of this if they're taking kids bowling at this 'family-friendly' location. No waiters taking orders for drinks or food at the lanes, you need to stop bowling (and losing your time) to place an order. Emailed the owner using info on the website, no response.

M	Manjula Siripuram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for kids and adults. It was my first time with family. There are 12 bowling lanes but not so busy on Sunday. The price is reasonable compared to the others in mississauga. Food was great and staff were very helpful. Kids loved the VR ride.

Daniel and his staff ensured that everything went smoothly and we were given amazing treatment. He ensured every 15-30 minutes everything was going well and all of the things we needed were in place. Despite it being busy we never felt like we were not the priority. Daniel is amazing and be sure to have him help you plan your next party at this venue. Both the kids and adults will have fun!

My son has sensory issues, and the server was SO accommodating to turn down the volume to the music one night at bowling. The food is fantastic, and you have to try their pizza. The new VR ride is a lot of fun. Recently my son and I did the escape room for the 1st time, and he can't wait to have his birthday party there in Feb. I have no complaints about the bar, and the service is quick and friendly—the perfect place for family fun, food, and a game of billiards.
