The coaches are supportive, upbeat and helpful, always providing tweaks and adjustments to maximize the movement. Also, the music never disappoints and that's very much needed to push yourself to the max! Love the workout and the team. Thanks for the motivation!

Now being back in the studio full time it is so exciting. The Coaches are all amazing and push you to do your absolute best. I am in the best shape of my life and its all thanks to F45 Milton! I am not the most active person in the world and F45 makes me look forward to pushing myself and bettering my fitness levels. Almost done with 2 weeks and I definitely feel better about my physical health. The facility is clean and their policies ensure it remains that way. Good COVID protocols. Good job F45 Milton!

After one year and paying a lot of money and seeing no results I was super frustrated. A friend recommended I check out F45 and luckily one was opening in Milton. My husband and I joined in January 2020. I immediately became addicted to their team training approach. It's like having a personal trainer in a group setting. The facility is clean, the trainers are amazing and it is a very welcoming environment. There is no judgement and modifications for every fitness level. Since joining F45, I am have lost 10% body fat and 22 pounds. This is all through a global pandemic when gyms have been closed longer than they have been open. F45 did an amazing job with their virtual classes and checking in on members. The other great thing that sets this gym apart from the rest is that there 45 day challenges are included in the membership. The challenges provide meal plans which other gyms will charge extra for. If you want to see results, I highly recommend you give F45 in Milton a try.

I was needing something more than the typical gym and so happy I found F45. The coaches push you hard and provide exceptional guidance, motivation and they challenge me to work even harder. Every class is something new/different, the workouts are great and are for anyone no matter the fitness level. Would highly recommend!!

They guide you, correct you and adapt the workout if needed. The members are great. I have made some good friends there. The workouts are challenging but worth the results. I would highly recommend it. Give it a try. You will love it.

I have been to other gyms before, but the community you have here you cannot find it anywhere else. I love the coaches for all the encouragement, motivation and support. They will challenge you to give it your best. I love the members I workout with, always smiling and encouraging. Mike, the owner is also so welcoming and big shoutout to him for creating such an amazing space for us all, Everyone is so down to earth! I highly recommend F45 Milton to my family, friends and everyone. F45 is far beyond your regular gym, it is more than just a workout, it's so much more! You will have to come out and try for yourself!!
