★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new location is amazing!!!! But in all honesty I would follow George and Andrea to a back alley in a freezing cold winter because the community and sense of family they have created keeps me motivated and coming back for more. I was literally buzzing with excitement today knowing I was FINALLY able to be back doing fitness with friends in the new Firepower home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are gyms that provide equipment and space, and there are gyms that provide you support, education and love to make you the best you can be inside and out. Firepower is the latter. No matter the stage of your fitness journey, they can help! Workouts are adjustable to abiltiy and fitness and the trainers legitimately care about every single athelete. Best Fitness Family around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the people who want the short answer, this place is awesome. Great environment and people.
For everyone else, Crossfit isn’t usually my workout of choice but I still belong to a Crossfit gym like FirePower because the environment is awesome. The owners and staff get to know you, your goals, your challenges, and are always ready to offer a new suggestion or idea to make things work for you. I’ve used Firepower to train for competitions in swimming, cycling, tennis, and powerlifting and they always have someone ready to offer a push or support when you need it. Over the years I’d try out other places but never found a place that matches the community that firepower has or offers me the same challenge. All they ask is for you to take on the challenge of walking through the front door and giving it what you’ve got.
Everyone is just as excited for the person achieving their first pull up as they are for the person winning a medal in a major fitness competition. Every achievement is celebrated. I also love that this community is never still. On top of the regular workouts they also regularly plan out special events and challenges for their members to take on. No matter your goals this place can’t be beat for the amazing community atmosphere. They’ve always challenged me and welcomed me no matter the day, fitness level, or goal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seven years ago I walked into this gym in hopes of making much-needed lifesryle changes. I was in my mid-to-late 40's; overweight and very out of shape. I came for the exercise but stayed for the amazing coaching and camaraderie. Within a year, my son was in Jr. Varsity classes there. I can honestly say that Firepower has changed my life and my family's for the better. I am so grateful to have found a home for fitness and fun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost—I love this place; this is by far the best gym that I have ever been to in my entire life! The owners and the coaching staff actually take the time to get to know you, your name and any injuries or limitations that you may have. Also, they are always willing to work with you to modify a workout to suit your fitness level. This way everyone is able to participate. And it’s not just workouts here, they help you with understanding your body-mass composition and assist with the nutritional aspect of living a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend FirePower CrossFit 100% to anyone, because if it changed my life, it can change yours too. #Nothingisstrongerthanfamily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FirePower is amazing! All the coaches and other members are super encouraging. I will never forget after meeting Andrea just once , a few months later I walked in and she welcomed me by name which just shows the owners and coaches really care about the members. There has not been a time I left those doors after a workout and leave feeling as if I could have done more as everyone is so encouraging. The coaches are also amazing for help figuring out substitutions if you require any for the work out. FirePower feels like a giant family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many gyms in my years and have never found a place quite like Firepower. It's taken me quite a lot of thought as to what exactly set's it apart. It has awesome people both running the gym and working out, which is great but other gyms have that. It has great knowledge and equipment and teaching, but that's pretty much required for a gym that wants to stick around. The one thing that I can think of that I've not found elsewhere is that after after I walk through the doors I feel motivated to be better, mostly in fitness but also in general. Sometimes this isn't a big deal and I'm excited to go and actively participate in the motivation. Other times I barely drag myself through the door, fully expecting to just go through the motions and 5 minutes later am pushing myself to new levels again. Another big part of this is it doesn't change regardless of how fit or fat I am the drive is to be the best I can on that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a member of FirePower and had to put my membership on hold for personal reasons. I can’t even articulate how much I have missed not only the workouts, but also the members and staff. They’ve relocated since and I stopped in for a quick visit to assess the new space. It’s amazing! What made it even better was the warm welcome by staff. This isn’t a conventional gym. They knew me by name and were genuinely interested in what I had been up to and when I’d be able to return. FirePower is not only a place to increase your level of fitness and attain overall health goals, but also a home away from home. Thank you Andrea for warm hug. It meant a lot!
