I highly recommend Trainers Onsite to anyone who is looking to achieve serious results with their fitness journey. Rob Foster is an incredible trainer, highly motivating and personable. He truly cares about his clients and is determined to get them the best results possible. I first started with Rob in August of 2019 at one of his boot camp style outdoor classes, and enjoyed it so much I decided to start personal training sessions with him. I love that I am held accountable for my workouts. Thanks Rob for all of your support!!!! So excited to continue this fitness journey with you!

I joined their 6 week challenge which included a Personal Training program and a Holistic Nutrition meal plan. It was AWESOME! I lost 14 lbs in 6 week!!. It helped me cut out wheat and limit dairy (which I wanted) and showed me better eating and lifestyle habits. I also did some PT one on one with Rob who is fantastic at coaching, motivating and correcting form as well as modifying/pivoting to deal with injuries. I highly recommend them!

Have now completed the 12 week transformation program and am proud to say down nearly 25 pounds and feeling healthy as ever. Have created healthier food and activity habits. Cannot thank Rob and Michelle enough! Highly recommend.

I wanted to get in shape, have more energy, feel good physically and make our health a priority. I have been fit my entire life and after the birth of my children I needed help to put my body back in shape. This year past March I contacted Rob and I would not have the results I have today without him. Specifically, I signed up for a nutrition and personal training package. I learned so much about food and how to gain more energy through nutrition. Rob was motivating for the days I said I couldn't, flexible with my schedule, checked in to make sure I got in a workout when there was no schedule as a new mom. Rob increased my endurance and strength in a healthy way where I wasn't over stimulated. I gained so much more than just a personal trainer. I got back my health, confidence, managing anxiety, learned about nutrition and honestly a trainer who really cared to give me the best results. To new moms, working moms, women who need support in taking care of yourself, I highly recommend Rob and his team!

This was my second time using Trainers on Site and I've had a great experience both times (more than 10 years apart). I joined the 12 week program and had great results, 20 lbs in 12 weeks. The combination of training, nutrition and holding me accountable was the key to great results. They kept me focused when I sometimes didn't want to be focused. My energy levels also returned back to where I wanted them in order to be able to perform at the level I wanted to. Thanks again to Trainers on Site for getting me back on track to leading my best life.

My husband and I signed up for the 12 week program and lost 25lbs each. Rob and Michelle was exactly what we needed to get our lives and health back on track. Weight loss was important but it was the blood pressure reduction and over stress relief that we needed ….and Trainers On Site delivered ? The accountability to the program and commitment was easy since Rob came to our house to train, brought equipment as needed and the meal plans were easy to follow; not only that, but delicious and wasn’t excessively restrictive. We are now more aware of what we eat and how active we are to ensure we are moving our bodies! We are looking to invest in more training with Rob in near future as the personal training schedule really kept us on track- would highly recommend trainers on site!

Our family cannot say enough about the benefits of Rob's training sessions. We are very proud of the strides we've all made- Mom, Dad and Sons!! I highly recommend training with Rob in conjunction with Michelle's clean eating plan. The BEST investment we've made for ourselves.

Had a positive experience with Trainers on Site! The meal plan was amazing, and perfectly designed to suit our caloric needs even for vegetarians. Rob has a charismatic personality and working out with him is fun. He makes you laugh and pushes you to bring out the best version of yourself. Sooji is an awesome and fun loving trainer as well. She is super accommodating and organized! In short, I would highly recommend trainers on site for anyone who is looking to have their energy levels improved!
