★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll say some good things first - the portion sizes are generous, and the food is pretty good. They were gracious with a complimentary basket of chips and a fried tortilla dessert too. The sole person trying to be host, waiter and busboy was working VERY hard. They were clearly understaffed.
However, it was over an hour to get our order on the table. Including a appetizer of Mexican fries, which came out WITH the entrees. Technically one of the entrees hit the table first. The various Skip, Uber Eats and other pick-ups were obviously prioritized over the in restaurant customers. The place was not packed - were were seated immediately, and there were plenty of other empty tables. At one point there were 5 tables seated, and not a single one had food.
Also, the restaurant is not terrible comfortable. The fans were cranked, and the breeze was strong enough I had to tuck my napkin under my plate, otherwise it would blow away whenever our server literally RAN by the table and disturbed the airflow.
Sorry folks, I like the food well enough, but the experience was pretty unenjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food! I was blown away by how delicious the food was, and what incredible service we received. It had a bit of a wait time, due to everything being made fresh, so I would not go there if you're in a rush. This is now one of my favorite Regina restaurants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything they prepare is delicious so it makes ordering very difficult, unless you’re fine with ordering everything! My favourites here are the pork, in anything but especially the tacos, the meat flautas, the beef fajita chachas nachos, and the enchiladas. But as I said, Everything is delicious. Their ingredients and cooking are incredible, their staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to make you satisfied. Whenever I order to go they always throw in extras from the chef and treats, which is surprising and thoughtful. I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant, you should probably go there now if you haven’t already!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tacos al pastor were very delicious. The pork was tender and very flavourful. The flavours were complimentary and summery. My dining guests had the chimichangas and they were delicious and huge! The rice was light and delicious.
The portion sizes are very generous and they have lots of options to choose from.
They provided us with a dessert and the service was great. They were friendly and we didn't wait long for our food.
The restaurant has ample parking and is tastefully decorated. The food is definitely true to its roots and I highly recommend it.
