B	Bart Proszowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice family run business. People are friendly and helpful. As a driver the dock is just awful. They have done a lot to fix up and repave but it's still an angled blind side backing from the road down a hill and it requires you to watch for a wall. There is just enough room if you back a 53 foot trailer in if you have the tractor at a 45 degree angle to the trailer. You'll have a couple of feet or so from the wall. Not a place to send a novice or new driver, especially in the winter. Driveway hill is steep and gets icy as well as difficult to clear from snow. Also most of the businesses on this court have cars parked on their lawns and driveways with trucks backing in off the road as well. Can be hectic. Definitely not for inexperienced drivers.

Scott takes his time to talk with you, help you understand everything, teaches you along the way. I couldn't recommend him and the company enough. The pottery arrives in beautiful condition, out of 300 piece ordered not one piece was cracked. So happy.
E	Emily Goodwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only complaint I have about this company are the hours. They can be a little difficult if you work Monday to Friday 9-5. But they do ship for a flat rate! Ceramic Arts is fantastic, ordering on line is no problem, they have everything ready for you the minute you walk in. If there is a problem with your order they take the time with you to make sure that you are walking out the door with the correct supplies. For Example: I ordered some materials that were best suited to a Cone 05 firing and I fire at Cone 6-7 and it was taken care of no problem. Excellent Selection of products and company names! Customer Service 5/5 Would Highly Recommend!
