★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started with McEdwards Group when they were in Hamilton. Their move to Burlington and now Donnell Insurance was not an issue. The fact Janice Spencer stayed with Donnell was reason enough for me to stay.
Janice has ALWAYS replied to my every request, and always in a speedy, professional fashion. Very helpful, and no question is an absurd one to Janice.
Keep up the awesome work you do Janice it's great to deal with you!

I reached out on the business side with Sean Kennedy as my Broker for my new business venture and he has been fantastic at explaining the way the system works and the requirements I need. It didn’t stop at Donnell or Sean. My support team at Donnell of Jennifer and Kara has been prompt and helpful anytime I need something. I even moved all my personal insurance (home, auto, etc) over as a result of this great service. I highly recommend you reach out to Donnell! Insurance can be easy when you work with these great people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client of Donnell Brokers for more than 25 years now, for both my car and home insurance, and I recently went through the experience of having my car stolen, and went through the process of filing a claim for the loss of my car and belongings in it.
When I needed help back when I became a client of Donnell, the people there helped me then, and throughout this most recent experience, they were there to ensure the process went smoothly, and they insured my claims were dealt with correctly and expeditiously, so that a settlement was made correctly and quickly.
Donnell was there for me all these 25 years ago, and they were there for me through this most recent and unfortunate experience, and I gladly recommend them to you for long term and reliable service

She is prompt and always helpful to get things organized for us when we need it. Being a contractor we have requests all the time for insurance certificates and she is so quick and reliable to get the work completed. Amazing and suggest anyone to deal with them. Nicole deserves praise for how hard she works !
